Shipping policy

We work hard to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered, along with important information about timelines, charges, address accuracy, delivery attempts, and what to do if there is a delay or issue. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1) Order Confirmation & Processing

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received, but it does not always mean your order has been dispatched.

Processing time is the time needed to:

  • verify order details,

  • confirm payment (if applicable),

  • pick and pack items,

  • complete quality checks,

  • prepare the parcel for courier pickup.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (sales events, new launches, holidays, or high order volume), processing may take longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically processed on the next business day.


2) Shipping & Dispatch

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, it is considered dispatched. If tracking is available for your shipment, you may receive tracking details after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Dispatch timing depends on successful processing and courier pickup schedules.

  • Some locations may have limited courier service days.

  • In some cases, multiple items in a single order may ship together or separately depending on packaging and availability.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and courier network operations. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, but it may vary.

Delivery may take longer due to:

  • remote or hard-to-reach areas,

  • weather conditions,

  • traffic disruptions,

  • public holidays,

  • courier delays or operational issues,

  • security checks or local restrictions (where applicable),

  • high-volume seasons.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We always try to deliver within the estimated time, but delays can occur for reasons outside our control.


4) Shipping Charges & Fees

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any discounts, promotions, or free-shipping offers will also be shown at checkout.

Important notes:

  • Shipping fees (if applied) are usually based on delivery area, package size/weight, or courier rates.

  • If your order is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, you may need to pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery.


5) Tracking Updates (If Available)

If tracking is available, tracking details may be shared once the parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after courier pickup.

Tracking may not update instantly due to:

  • courier scanning schedules,

  • network delays in tracking systems,

  • route handovers between courier facilities.

If your tracking shows no movement for a while, it does not always mean the parcel is lost—sometimes it updates at the next sorting facility.


6) Correct Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout, including:

  • full address (house/flat number, street, area),

  • city and postal code (if applicable),

  • phone number that is reachable.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • incomplete address,

  • incorrect address,

  • wrong phone number,

  • customer being unreachable.

If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing an order, contact support immediately. Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.


7) Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery

Couriers may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy. If delivery is unsuccessful because:

  • no one is available to receive the parcel,

  • the phone number is unreachable,

  • the address is incorrect,

  • the location is not accessible,

the courier may hold the parcel temporarily or return it back. If an order is returned due to failed delivery, you may need to pay the shipping fee again to re-ship it.


8) Delays & What To Do

While we do our best, delays can happen. If your order is taking longer than expected:

  • check your tracking (if available),

  • allow a reasonable extra time during peak seasons,

  • contact support with your order details for assistance.

We can help you check the latest available update with the courier and guide you on next steps.


9) Missing, Lost, or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • check with family members, neighbors, or building reception (if applicable),

  • confirm the delivery address you provided,

  • review tracking details for delivery notes.

If the parcel is confirmed as missing after verification, we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier. Courier investigations can take time, and outcomes may depend on the courier’s internal checks and proof of delivery.


10) Damaged Parcels or Items

We pack orders carefully, but if your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a damaged item, please contact support as soon as possible after delivery.

For faster help, keep:

  • clear photos of the outer packaging,

  • clear photos of the damaged item,

  • (optional but helpful) an unboxing video from the start.

Do not discard the packaging until the issue is reviewed, as it may be required for verification.


11) Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the parcel may be returned. In such cases:

  • shipping charges may not be refundable,

  • re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.


12) Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact support as quickly as possible after placing the order. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible.


13) Multiple Orders / Combined Shipping

If you place multiple orders, they may ship separately. Sometimes, items from the same order may also be shipped separately depending on availability and packaging.


14) Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements in operations, courier services, or legal requirements. The version posted on the website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your order.
